These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pearl Reef app ("the Application"), published by Keld & Co. ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except to the extent permitted by law; and not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
The Application may offer an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Premium") that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The free version of the Application may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect and use data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Purchasing a Premium subscription removes advertisements.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free. Pearl Reef is a game intended for entertainment; it does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and makes no claims regarding cognitive or health benefits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
